There are three tests Daniel takes as he stands alone with God.

I. A COMMITTED BEGINNER
        A. HE MAKES A CHOICE (First test - 1:8-13)
        B. THE RIGHT ANSWER (1:14-17)

II. A GIFTED LEADER (Second test - Chpt. 2)
        A. HE DOES THE IMPOSSIBLE
        B. HE IS DEPENDABLE (Chpts. 4 & 5)

III. A FAITHFUL FOLLOWER (Third test - Chpt. 6)
        A. DARIUS PROMOTES DANIEL
        B. THE RIGHT ANSWER

APPLICATION:
        We can trust God - regardless.
        We play the game of life by God's rules.
        Standing alone on God's behalf will always
        bring God's approval and action.
        Putting our trust in God always pays off.
